The head has two jaws connected by a hinge. Bits include a semicylindrical cavity to block a threaded rod of a lining framework. A slope (4) possesses a notch (5) to retain in a section of the lining framework. A control lever (15) includes a gripping part off-setted with respect to the jaws. A functional part allows the head to pass from an unlocking position in which the jaws are isolated from each other to authorize displacement of the threaded rod with respect to the bits into a locking position in which the jaws ensure the blocking of the threaded rod. The head is made of a plastic material.
