The device (1) has a tube extended in a vertical plane of the device and closed at one of ends (4, 7) of the tube. The tube has a set of holes (5) equipped with spritzers (6) along one of profiling sections of the tube. The other end of the tube is equipped with a rapid connection unit (8). The rapid connection unit is connected to a water distribution point by a flexible pipe (10). A fixation unit of the tube adapted to the nature of the ground (12) allows installation of the device based on needs irrespective of a selected site. The spritzers are made of rigid PVC.
