The element (1) has a tubular space grid (2) filled with a fluid i.e. water. The space grid forms two reservoirs (3) that are independently and parallelly juxtaposed and supplied with fluid. The reservoirs are embedded on one another. The fluid supports a thermal inertia between outer side of the tank and the fluid. The reservoirs are mounted inside a frame with four sides. One of the reservoirs is connected internally to the other reservoir by respective upper end fitting (20) and lower end fitting (21). An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a structure element of a building.
