The device has a micro (2) for receiving noise, where micro is connected to an electronic card. The electronic card analyses a part of frequency of noise, cycle, and appearing time of noise. The electronic card transmits an alert through a public telecommunication network (6). A transmitter (5) transmits frequency, cycle and duration of noise in case of failure of autotest elements. The transmitter transmits the alert through the telecommunication network in a digital or analog manner towards a receiving bay or a receiving platform (7).
