A secondary plate (55) comprises a hinge forming unit that connects the secondary plate to a front edge (53) of the main plate. The hinge forming unit is formed by the textile coating. A return unit comprises an elastic bond (9) which presents an end fixed under the main plate and another end fixed under the secondary plate. The elastic bond is stretched when the secondary plate is in an inclined position to exert force that returns the secondary plate to a folded position.
