The device has a flat metal base (1) threaded in different points to provide different choices for a user. A wooden cylindrical end (4) is tapped in center from top to bottom so as to be traversed by a threaded rod (2) that is screwed on the base by a nut (3) to firmly maintain the end at the base. A natural and partially hollowed trunk (6) has a lower part fitted on the cylindrical end. A head (7) is composed of hollow tubes connected with and slid into the trunk. A set of palm leaves or foliages (9) is prick in the head. The tubes are made of plastic and covered with coconut fiber.
