A nut (36) is screwed on the level of the end of the body, and a distinct cramp (38) of the nut comprises a central opening (40) allowing the nut to slide along the body and a contact surface (42) supported against the door or frame. A stopping unit stops rotation of the cramp around the body, so that the contact surface is directed toward the door. A bush (80) is inserted between the nut and cramp.
