The chamber has an external annular ferrule (11) provided with openings (11r) for supplying cooling air. A central part (16b) is curved towards an axis of the chamber. An annular metal band is welded with an internal wall of the external ferrule by the curved central part. The openings are opened at right side of lateral parts (16a, 16c). The welded central part is assembled with the ferrule, and cooling air inlet openings (16b1) are distributed on a surface of the central part.
