The shifter has pulleys connected together by a secondary belt (156) for transmitting movement from a lead screw (150) to another lead screw (151) in a synchronous manner. A carriage (200) has a flange shaped body (210) provided with two fixed nuts on the lead screws. Sliding bearings are engaged on guiding columns (160). Bellows (180) connect a lower flange (110) of a frame to the carriage for enclosing a tool and isolating the tool with respect to an exterior. A tool holder is in a form of a cover and fixed to a flange (211) of the carriage.
