The assembly (10) has a cap (16) provided with a conical shaped closing part inserted in a neck (12) of a bottle (14) and a head part (22) running over the neck, where the cap is made of synthetic material. A hoop (18) comprises a set of branches (26) connected by a buckle (28). The head part of the cap comprises fixing units i.e. grooves or notches (36), whose shape matches with shape of the branches. A hoop plate is arranged between the head part and the hoop. The fixing units are extended on periphery of the head part.
