The device (1) has a coded sensor i.e. bar code (4), for automatic or semi-automatic identification of person i.e. user (3), susceptible to be exposed to product, and a coded sensor i.e. bar code (40), for collecting information relative to handling of product by the person. Validation sensor i.e. bar code (41), validates the information collected by the coded sensors. A reading module (5) reads the sensors, and an information processing module (12) processes the information collected by the bar codes. Data transmission module (13) transmits collected data. An independent claim is also included for a method of utilizing information collecting and processing device.
