Topical cosmetic composition comprises a combination of at least an active agent of quercetol type and at least one protein hydrolyzate of cotton or its extract and an excipient. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for cosmetic treatment comprising applying the composition on the skin of the face, neck and/or neckline; and (2) a kit for cosmetic treatment against skin aging comprising at least one composition and an exfoliating composition made of clay, rice starch, salicylic aid, volcanic rock or rhyolite powder and aspartate-gluconate mineral complex, antiwrinkle serum comprising tocopherol acetate, reflective powder having soft-focus effect, rye extract rich in arabinoxylans, sodium hyaluronate of high molecular weight and hyaluronate derivative of molecular weight of 15000-50000, a tightening serum comprising at least one tocopherol, a reflective powder having soft-focus effect, rye seed extract rich in arabinoxylan, and dill extract, and/or a collagen mask comprising biofibers of almond protein and/or an extract rich in oligo galactomannan.
