Isolated nucleic acid (I) comprising a nucleotide sequence of a bacterial replicon centromere, is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) vector comprising one or more nucleic acids; and (2) antibacterial composition comprising (I) and/or the vector, in combination with a carrier.
