The device has a legal label (1) i.e. self-adhesive support, on which a hot gold hologram (2) is printed by thermal transfer using a specific brass tool. The hologram is engraved by using a laser according to a secret behavior technique, where the hologram is specifically used by a producer of a product to be protected. The hologram is printed on the legal label, which is glued on a capsule or support, so that opening of a container requires tearing of the label. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a safety device for a wine bottle.
