The device has two blades (6a, 6b) dissymmetrical with respect to a longitudinal axis of a duct. The blades are placed in a bent part (1) exhaust tube of a duct before its arrival on a treatment unit to create two opposing rotational movements in flow of an exhaust gas. The blades extend toward center of the duct from a wall of the duct in a lower surface of the bent part. The blades respectively extend toward upstream and downstream of the duct from a junction on an annular body.
