The method involves forming a hull (1) corresponding to desired shape of a basin by molding and projecting glass fibers and resin. Plastic and/or composite reinforcements (2) are produced in an independent manner. The reinforcements are fixed at predetermined intervals of 800 mm on lateral sides and/or external transverse sides of the hull without a need of additional stratification. An independent claim is also included for a swimming pool comprising reinforcements consisting of support wings connected by a cross section acting as a beam.
