The device has a reservoir for storing a particulate material and comprising a lower part opened on a particulate material conveyor (15). The lower part has two hoppers offset with respect to one another in a displacement direction (S) of extraction strand of the conveyor. The hoppers are opened on the conveyor by openings (13, 14) whose largest dimension (D) is transverse to the conveyor and equal to half of width (L) of the conveyor. The openings are transversely offset with respect to each other by a value equal to the largest dimension.
