The structure has shock dampening zones (3) arranged at ends of a pivoting bar (2) before blocking fixation ends of a frame of a backrest (1) during rotation to a chassis of a vehicle by flanges. The flanges are integrated with the chassis of the vehicle. The pivoting bar and the frame of the backrest are formed of a fabricated single piece. The dampening zones are interposed between the pivoting bar and a connecting tube (14) secured to the backrest frame.
