The device (1) has an upper body (2) partly made of a first flexible material with high longitudinal elasticity and partly made of a second flexible material with low longitudinal elasticity. A front strap (3) and two rear side straps (4, 5) are made of a third flexible material with low longitudinal elasticity. The first flexible material is selected from neoprene(RTM: synthetic rubber), natural rubber and composite material. The second and third materials are selected from PVC, nylon, polyamide, polyethylene and polypropylene. An independent claim is also included for a motorcycle comprising a chassis.
