The module has two tie rods connected to a console constituted by a frame including rigid posts (13) and rigid crossbars (14). A retaining guard is arranged through an opening defined by the frame, and the tie rods include drawbars (18) respectively connected to the posts. The drawbars are provided such that results of forces applied to the tie rods are included in a median plane perpendicular to a main plane of the frame and passing through a medium of the crossbars. Each post is formed by a sectioned profile with a central core parallel to the median plane. An independent claim is also included for a protection barrier comprising an intermediate guard.
