Cosmetic composition comprises, in a medium, a liquid fatty phase containing (i) one or more volatile linear alkane, and (ii) ethylene block copolymer containing at least one first block obtained by one or more first monomers, and at least one second block obtained from one or more second monomers, where the first block and the second block are interconnected between these by a statistical intermediate segment comprising at least one of the first constitutive monomers of the first block and at least one of the second constitutive monomers of the second block. Cosmetic composition comprises, in a medium, at least one liquid fatty phase containing at least one: (i) one or more volatile linear alkane, and (ii) ethylene block copolymer (as ethylene block polymer) containing at least one first block having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of = 40[deg] C, and obtained by one or more first monomers, which are homopolymer prepared from the monomers having a glass transition temperature of = 40[deg] C; and at least one second block with a glass transition temperature of = 20[deg] C and obtained from all or part of one or more second monomers, which are such that the homopolymer prepared from the monomers having a glass transition temperature of = 20[deg] C, where the first block and the second block are interconnected between these by a statistical intermediate segment comprising at least one of the first constitutive monomers of the first block and at least one of the second constitutive monomers of the second block, and the block copolymer has a polydispersity index of greater than 2, the weight ratio of the volatile linear alkane to the ethylene block copolymer is = 1, preferably 1-10.
