The element has high resistant laminated glass panels (A) making railing metallic studs (B). The metallic studs are formed with ovalized tube shape vertical struts. A large machined pressed or cut groove is provided on large external faces of the vertical struts, where the external faces are symmetrically formed with respect to the each other. The groove is formed for embedding and maintaining lateral sides of a glass panel (e). The struts are made of anodized aluminum, polished stainless, galvanized or painted steel.
