The washing head has a connectable base (1) equipped with a carrying structure i.e. self-propelled unit frame rolling, and a nozzle holding slider (2) coupled with the connectable base and formed with multiple nozzles (4), where each nozzle movably rotates on the nozzle holding slider around an orthogonal axis (XX') with a displacement axis (YY'). An exit passage (5) is formed in each nozzle. A control unit controls the rotation of the nozzles and to and fro movement of the nozzle holding slider. A hydraulic engine (13) is equipped with a pumping unit (7). An independent claim is also included for a self-propelled unit comprising a handling arm.
