The method involves distributing jet of cryogenic fluid i.e. liquid nitrogen (1), by a distribution nozzle (2) at a temperature not greater than minus 100 degree Celsius and at pressure of 500 bars, where pulsations of jet are obtained by cyclic closing of an internal channel of the nozzle. Frequency of the pulsations of the jet ranges between 1000 and 30000 Hz and between 15000 and 25000 Hz. Closing units (4) are provided with mobile punches. An independent claim is also included for a working installation for surface treatment, scraping or peeling of coated/non-coated materials.
