The lead (10) has an electric conductor (12) surrounded by a tubular protection structure (14), where the protection structure has an telescopic part (16) whose length is adjustable between predetermined values. Length of the conductor is equal to large length of the structure. The conductor is totally housed in the structure or partially housed in a conductor storing case (34). The telescopic part has coaxial cylindrical bodies (24, 26) surrounding the conductor and fixed to the protection structure by gluing.
