The method involves establishing a communication channel between a mobile terminal (1) and a server (5) via an operator (RESEAUQP2), and verifying quality of the channel and better functioning of the server. Another communication channel is established between the terminal and another server (7) via the operator, and the quality of the latter channel and better functioning of the latter server are verified, if the former channel is not worked. The establishments of the channels are repeated if the channel between the terminal and a management center (3) is not worked. An independent claim is also included for a system for communication between a mobile terminal and a management center.
