The film (1) has a face provided with a transparent self-sticking adhesive layer (2) containing a pressure sensitive adhesive whose refractive index is less than, equal to or greater than that of a material constituting an optical guide illuminated by a light source e.g. LED. The adhesive contains elements, molecules or atoms i.e. organic refractive resistance atoms, that are chemically related to elastomer i.e. styrene-butadiene elastomer. A light emitting element, a reflector, a distributor or a divider diffracts/diffuses light through the optical guide. The organic refractive resistance atoms contain chlorine, bromine, iodine, sulfur and its derivatives, phosphor and its derivatives, carbonated aromatic ring, mononuclear or polynuclear heterocyclic ring, nitrogen dioxide, nitrile or isocyanate groups, saturated or unsaturated groups and ethylenic or acetylenic groups.
