The system has a server (SER1) for participants accessing to a sale by terminals (TU1, TU2) that are communicated with the server via a communication network. A processing module (MOD1) detects and processes server requests for higher bids on current price (PR2) of sales good from a starting price (PR1). The processing module finishes phase of sale, and starts another phase of sale when value of countdown with duration (Ter1) determined at the time of reception of higher bid request during the former phase of sale is greater than the value of countdown at the latter phase of sale. An independent claim is also included for a process for auction sale of a good.
