摘要

The method involves using a tubular electrode (13) for drilling a part of a turbo machine to inject pressurized dielectric fluid. An opening hole (12) is formed in an internal cavity (11) of the part. The electrode is provided at center of the hole. Dielectric fluid is injected into an internal channel (17) of the electrode at pressure ranging from 30-100 bars. The electrode is rotated at speed about 1000 turns per minute. A connection is formed between a pressurized dielectric fluid supply conduit and the internal cavity of the part. An independent claim is also included for a drilling device.
