The part has a piezoelectric transducer (10) partially inserted into a structure (12) and coupled to a switched semi-active electronic circuit e.g. synchronized switch damping (SSD) circuit, to convert mechanical energy generated by vibrations of the structure into electric energy and to transmit the electric energy into the switched semi-active electronic circuit, where frequency of switching of the switched semi-active electronic circuit is synchronized with a frequency of vibration of the structure that includes a composite material. The composite material includes a perform made of fibers. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a part of a turbo machine of an aircraft.
