The reservoir (1) has a sealed enclosure (2) made of a plastic material, where an outer face of the enclosure is covered with a meshed metal reinforcing material i.e. mild steel net (3). The plastic material used to realize the enclosure is chosen from polypropylene or ethylene propylene diene Monomer with a Young's modules in the order of 10 to 100 Megapascals. The steel material is selected to present a Young's modulus in the order of 210,000 Megapascals and elastic limit in the order of 200 Megapascals.
