The shelter has a roof part (18) formed between two assembled flexible panels (1-3), and a flexible long lineal element placed in sleeves (16, 17) that are formed on a face of the roof part. Each panel comprises two fixing lines (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b) in a fixing zone extending along longitudinal edges (2a, 2b). A fixing unit assembles the two panels and forms the sleeves from the fixing zones according to the fixing lines.
