The device has marine turbines that are installed on artificial or natural pipes of any size or place, or on an installation of an existing pipe for sewage water. A rigid tank made of compatible material receives clear water as well as sewage. The tank comprises a high level sensor for controlling opening of a solenoid valve or eclectic valve. A device in the tank pre-treats sewage water. Blades of the turbines are arranged near a pipe which forms a venture effect. The flow of clear water or sewage drives an alternator of the turbines for producing electricity.
