The process for oxidation and contact of fluids (1, 2) for biological treatment of wastewater, comprises simultaneously injecting two fluids in two pipes (3), mixing the fluids in an impact zone (5), passing the mixture of two fluids from the impact zone to an outer body of a reactor (6) and into a suction zone (7) of injection systems (4), and performing an internal circulation in the injection systems under vacuum. The first fluid is a liquid phase and the second phase is a gaseous phase including air, oxygen and ozone. The injection system is an injector, a turbine or a pump. The process for oxidation and contact of fluids (1, 2) for biological treatment of wastewater, comprises simultaneously injecting two fluids in two pipes (3), mixing the fluids in an impact zone (5), passing the mixture of two fluids from the impact zone to an outer body of a reactor (6) and into a suction zone (7) of injection systems (4), and performing an internal circulation in the injection systems under vacuum. The first fluid is a liquid phase and the second phase is a gaseous phase including air, oxygen and ozone. The injection system is an injector, a turbine or a pump. The position of the injection system is vertical. The injection of the fluid is carried out in the impact zone and/or by discharge of fluid from the injection system. The treated fluid undergoes a tertiary treatment outside a tank of the reactor for reutilization.
