The device has an occlusal sheet (3) equipped with a boss comprising openings. A thermo-formable gutter (1) is dynamically adapted to morphology of a user and is provided at front channels of the gutter. The channels allow passage of air to permit a patient to breath through mouth or with a stuffy nose to sleep, while wearing the device. The occlusion sheet engages with ends of a maintenance fork (2) of each channel in an opening of the boss of the occlusion sheet and in the channels of the gutter.
