The spectacles (1) have an elastic return unit (9) e.g. spring blade, that is constituted by an elastic deformable independent unit interposed freely in a housing of a pin mounting (4). The elastic deformable independent unit is arranged between an end (3a) and another end. Articulation axle is positioned in such a manner to compress the elastic unit in opening position of a branch (3) to create stable positioning of the branch and permit angular clearance of the branch in a direction with elastic return effect.
