The prosthesis has parallelepiped shaped prosthesis and rotational bodies (1, 2) terminated by cylindrical ends (15, 25). The ends are stacked with each other in pivotably connected manner to realize amplitude rotation equal to 60 degrees for connecting an arm (11) of the body (1) and a parallel element (21) of the body (2). The ends assure rotational stop of the body (2) using a cover located between the end (15) and the arm, and a cover located between the end (25) and the element, where the rotational stop is consolidated via an end of the element projected on the arm.
