The turbine has a closed eternal path arranged in a periphery and in a thickness of a closed fraisoidal diaphragm. A fixed hollow spherical case supports small exterior pins that are diametrically opposite with respect to a symmetric point of the spherical case. The fixed spherical volume hollow case is separated into two equal volumes by a movable hollow diaphragm i.e. piston (PFP). The hollow case and a fixed internal hub (NCP) constitute fixed monolithic part in which fraisoidal cycle movement, volumetric variations necessary to perfection of the cycle and external transmission are perfectly enusured.
