The implant or prosthesis has an outer envelope (1) made of hermetic and biologically inert, flexible material and provided with a plane posterior face and a convex and prominent anterior face defining a single closed pocket. Four compartments (6-9) are defined inside the pocket and are separated by corresponding arc shaped partitions or membranes (10-12). The partitions are extended from the anterior face to the posterior face above a median plane defined by an imaginary horizontal plane that separates the pocket into equal upper and lower volumes, at installed state. The pocket contains physiological serum, hydrogel or silicone or silicone based gel. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a single hole permanent mammary implant or prosthesis.
