The method involves defining a form of a resection to be realized and fixation and contact surfaces of a prosthesis element from sensing images of a joint of a patient. A skeletal mathematical model of simulation of dynamic and static operation of the considered joint is provided. Certain parameters of definition of the resection and the prosthesis element are modified when the constraints are higher than predetermined constraints. The modifying and controlling processes are repeated until the constraints are lesser than the predetermined constraints.
