The installation has a simplified solar collector (1) comprising a lengthened cradle of concave shape, where the lengthened cradle cooperates with two side partitions and with a transparent or translucent plate for forming a sealed volume. Two tubes (20, 21) are placed inside the sealed volume on two sides of a main axis of the lengthened cradle. The tubes are provided with settle marks or wings permitting to increase heat exchange between the tubes and air contained in the volume.
