Preparing a crystallized solid metallophosphate having AFI structure type comprises: (i) mixing at least one source of phosphate anions, at least one source of at least one trivalent element G and at least one source of fluoride anions in the presence of at least one ionic liquid comprising a salt of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium, which was dissolved in a quaternary ammonium salt consisting of N-butyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium; and (ii) ionothermal treatment of the obtained mixture.
