The panel (10) has concrete ribs (22) with UHF arranged between layers (18, 20) and extended perpendicular to the layers, where the ribs are not in contact with one of the layers. Insulating elements (24) are thermically arranged between the ribs. Insulating connectors (26) comprises a central body (27) connecting portions of ends (28, 30) partially projecting with respect to the central body. Each connector connects one of the ribs to one of the layers. One of the portions of the ends is drowned in one of the layers, and the other portion of end is drowned in one of the ribs. The ribs are made of fiber concrete with ultra-high performance. The respective layers are in a fiber concrete with organic fibers, mineral and/or metal and made of plaster. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a prefabricated cast solid panel.
