The device has a guiding system permitting changing of a position of a movable casement i.e. door (2), along a predefined trajectory to allow or prohibit usual access to persons and/or objects through the device. A heat transmitter is rigidly connected to a swinging door, and deformable energetic connections connect the heat transmitter to an energy supply of a building access from a fixed part.
