Agent comprises: a water-in-oil direct emulsion (A) comprising 5-40 wt.% of one or more oil free of carboxylic acid group, one or more surfactant, and one or more alkalizing agent; and water-in-oil inverse emulsion (B) comprising one or more oxidizing agent, 20-70 wt.% of oil free of carboxylic acid group, and one or more surfactant, where the quantity of oil in the agent after mixing the emulsions (A) and (B) is greater than 20 wt.%. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for coloring and/or bleaching the keratin material comprising applying (A) and then (B) on the dry or wet keratin material, without intermediate rinsing step; and (2) a multi compartment device or kit for coloring and/or bleaching the keratin material, comprising a first compartment comprising (A) and a second compartment comprising (B).
