The boat (1) has two half-hulls (10, 20) reunited by a joint i.e. hinge (30) or band of flexible material such as cloth or plastic, extending along longitudinal edges (11, 21) of the half-hulls and closing units for maintaining the reunited half-hulls to form a complete hull when the closing units are active. Deactivating units deactivate the closing units when the boat is turned, and each half-hull includes half-seats (12, 22) forming a seat when the half-hulls are reunited.
