Hammering process for performing disintegration of molding insert to extract fixed part with frame, comprises hammering the part using a hammer, and controlling efficiency of hammering in function of a specified information
The hammering process comprises subjecting the part (1A, 1B) to hammering using a hammer (3A, 3A', 3B, 3B'), controlling the efficiency of the hammering in function of an information resulting from the measured accelerations by accelerometers (4A, 4A', 4B, 4B') disposed at ends of the part, and comparing the measured acceleration with a reference threshold determined for corresponding to optimal function of the hammer. The effectiveness of hammering is monitored by comparing the acceleration measured for each hammer, down a baseline determined to match a minimum operation. The hammering process comprises subjecting the part (1A, 1B) to hammering using a hammer (3A, 3A', 3B, 3B'), controlling the efficiency of the hammering in function of an information resulting from the measured accelerations by accelerometers (4A, 4A', 4B, 4B') disposed at ends of the part, and comparing the measured acceleration with a reference threshold determined for corresponding to optimal function of the hammer. The effectiveness of hammering is monitored by comparing the acceleration measured for each hammer, down a baseline determined to match a minimum operation, for which the hammering has minimal efficiency for immediate action on the operation of the hammer when the corresponding information provided is below the lower threshold. When information resulting from the acceleration measurement for a hammer is between the baseline and the high reference level down, an intervention alert for delaying the operation of the hammer is performed automatically. The process is stopped immediately and automatically if measured information is below the minimum threshold for a given period, which is 20-30% of the total time for hammering the part. The part is subjected to hammering using an intermediate of plate for forcing the hammers.
