The shelter (1) has a frame (2) formed with trusses (3) that are regularly arranged around a vertical core (4) in a deployed position of a structure of the shelter, where one of the trusses comprises a support foot (5) at an end opposite to the vertical core. The foot is extensible based on desired height of the shelter. Each truss forms a sleeve for a lockable lower sliding extender with respect to the sleeve in a determined extension state. An upper part of the support foot is articulated at a level of an end of the support foot. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for erecting a mobile shelter (2) a method for erecting a mobile shelter.
