The blind has a curved concave frame structure on which the blind peripherally deploys an axis of radius of curvature of the structure in a pivoting axis in vicinity of a periphery of a tilting surface of a pivoting casing of a pivoting skylight. A pair of concave parallel arches (1) is connected together by lateral bars (15). Each arch has a rail type groove provided on an interior face of the arch to guide the blind on the peripheral profile of curve of the arch. A block consists of fine piles that permit to block the web on intermediate closing positions of the blind.
