The antenna has a network of radiating elements (ELT) arranged in two-dimension, where each radiating element is realized from a pair of lower and upper metal strips (RI, RS). The lower and upper metal strips are placed on top of each other by ends. Each pair of metal strips is associated to a phase shifter formed of two connection points (PT1, PT2), where the connection points are symmetrically arranged on sides of the lower metal strip. A control unit (CMT) e.g. two-way switch, controls input of input current on the metal strips via the connection points. The control unit is realized by PIN type diode, and the metal strips are connected to each other by a semi-conductor material.
